Combat COVID-19: Sinolook Oil Donates 1 Million RMB to the Nan’an Charity Federation
In March 2022, a COVID-19 outbreak in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, placed the local community under significant strain. In response, Sinolook Oil donated 1 million RMB to the Nan’an Charity Federation to support epidemic prevention and relief efforts across the region.
A community under lockdown
In the middle of March 2022, COVID-19 broke out in Quanzhou, Fujian Province. Quanzhou and its subordinate areas — including Jinjiang City, Nan’an City, Shishi City and other counties — entered static management to prevent further outbreaks. Residents’ daily lives were disrupted in many different ways.
As a private enterprise operating in Fujian Province, Sinolook Oil followed the situation closely. We believe in giving back to the community as part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility — and, in a moment like this, in turning that commitment into action.
Sinolook’s response: a 1 million RMB donation
Our chairman, Chaoyang Lin, representing Sinolook Oil, contacted the Nan’an Charity Federation and donated 1 million yuan to support epidemic prevention in Nan’an. It was our way of doing our part in the fight against COVID-19.
We also want to express our deepest gratitude to the medical staff, volunteers and all those on the front lines who worked tirelessly, day and night, for the people of our community.
