Class 7 (HZY6+)
Sinolook's flagship patented formulation. Industry-leading 270 °C dry boiling point and 680 mm²/s low-temperature viscosity. For EVs, racing, and applications demanding the highest thermal performance.
DOT 3, DOT 4, DOT 4+, DOT 4 LV, DOT 5.1, HZY6 and patented Class 7 — manufactured at our Fujian plant since 2000. Certified to FMVSS 116, ISO 4925:2020, SAE J1703 and GB 12981. Trusted by lubricant brands, vehicle OEMs and aftermarket distributors across 60+ countries.
Brake fluid is the hydraulic medium that turns pedal force into stopping power. The right grade determines boiling point, low-temperature viscosity and ABS / ESP responsiveness — directly impacting vehicle safety.
Sinolook manufactures the full glycol-ether brake fluid range — from entry-grade DOT 3 to patented Class 7 — at our IATF 16949 certified plant in Nan'an, Fujian. Every batch is verified by ABIC Testing Laboratories (USA) and ships with FMVSS 116, ISO 4925 and SAE J1703 certification.
Every Sinolook brake fluid is independently tested at ABIC Testing Laboratories, Inc. in Fairfield, New Jersey, and certified to the four major international brake fluid standards. AMECA notification numbers are published for DOT 3 (#230611) and DOT 4 (#221045).
From entry-grade DOT 3 to patented Class 7 — covering passenger cars, motorcycles, commercial fleets, electric vehicles and motorsport. All grades are glycol-ether based; DOT 5 silicone is available on consultation.
Sinolook's flagship patented formulation. Industry-leading 270 °C dry boiling point and 680 mm²/s low-temperature viscosity. For EVs, racing, and applications demanding the highest thermal performance.
Premium grade for electric vehicles, hybrids and modern brake-by-wire systems. Low-viscosity formulation ensures fast pedal response in regenerative braking applications.
Glycol-ether based (not silicone). Highest boiling points among standard grades. For performance vehicles, sportbikes and demanding commercial applications.
Low-viscosity DOT 4 engineered for ABS, ESP and EHB systems. 1000 mm²/s at −40°C ensures fast valve response in cold-climate stability control.
Upgraded DOT 4 with higher dry and wet boiling points. Suited for modern ABS / ESP vehicles operating under heavy braking loads or in warm climates.
The universal choice for modern passenger cars and light trucks. Higher boiling points than DOT 3 with full glycol-ether compatibility.
Entry-grade synthetic brake fluid for older vehicles, commuter motorcycles and hydraulic clutch systems. The most widely used grade globally.

A quick selector based on the most common application profiles. When in doubt, the owner's manual or OEM specification always overrides — never use a grade lower than the manufacturer's requirement.
From passenger car aftermarket to motorsport, EV OEM programs to heavy-duty fleet maintenance — the same manufacturing line serves them all.
